29 October 2003 - A client of Dan Lanahan of San Francisco law member Lanahan & Reilley was able to quickly establish a subsidiary in Singapore thanks to the expertise of law and accounting members in the region.

"The company has tested and is beginning to market a remarkable nutraceutical called Provasca which has tested very well for the reduction of inflammation in the arteries. Frankie was very helpful in giving us guidance on setting up the company and the tax ramifications of having our Asian subsidiary in Singapore.
