A fraud investigation is a sensitive and intensive process.  We can put up a team to go through the accounting and other records, do the forensic investigation and put up a report setting out the evidence required.  Frankie Tan has managed an investigation under the Singapore Companies Act. Mr Tan is an associate member of the Singapore Academy of Law and a member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.  He has a Master of Laws (distinction) from the University of Queensland and a post-graduate Diploma in Business Law from the National University of Singapore.
